It is important that you chose carefully and are certain before placing orders as we do not allow refunds based off wrong decisions or change of mind.

However, there are a few instances where a refund may be offered -

 - Wrongly described on the website

 - Wrong item sent

 - Does not operate as advertised

  - Faulty Item

 If you think any of these are the case for you, contact us immediately as we do have a 7 day refund period, the 7 days period begins the day the your order is delivered. ​

Pre-orders

We make sure to have the correct allocations with distributors to accommodate for all pre-orders, it is again, important that you chose carefully as we are unable to refund any pre-orders.
